Synergistic Reaction

Technology

At MH44 Technologies, we lead the way in sustainable infrastructure solutions through our groundbreaking Synergistic Reaction Technology. Our technology is the result of decades of research, development, and real-world application, combining the best of biological, chemical, and engineering sciences to address the evolving needs of modern infrastructure projects.

What is Synergistic Reaction Technology?

Synergistic Reaction Technology is a multi-action system designed to enhance soil stabilization, pavement reinforcement, and overall performance by integrating multiple mechanisms of action. Our unique approach leverages both biological and chemical processes to deliver superior results in a variety of challenging soil conditions.

Mechanisms of Action

Synergistic Reaction Technology employs a combination of advanced biological, chemical, and physical mechanisms to optimize soil stabilization, enhance pavement reinforcement, and improve overall infrastructure performance. The power of our technology lies in its ability to combine multiple mechanisms that work synergistically to provide lasting, high-performance results.

Polymeric Cross-Linking

This process involves the introduction of biopolymers that form a three-dimensional network through cross-linking. The polymer chains connect to soil particles, creating a dense and cohesive matrix.

 Soil Particle Aggregation

Enzymatic and polymeric agents promote the aggregation of fine soil particles, clumping them together to form larger, more stable aggregates.

Pavement and Soil Adhesion

MH44’s technology enhances the bond between soil and pavement materials through both chemical and polymeric interactions.

Moisture Stabilization

Biochemical and chemical interactions help regulate the moisture content within the soil. By incorporating hydrophilic materials, MH44 stabilizes the moisture retention properties of the soil.

 Cation Exchange

Cation exchange occurs when specific chemical agents are introduced to soil to replace weaker ions with stronger ones (such as calcium or magnesium). This chemical interaction strengthens the bonds between soil particles.

Chemical Stabilization

Specific chemical agents are introduced to soil to cross-link mineral particles, forming stronger bonds that enhance the soil’s resistance to deformation and degradation.

Dust Suppression

The biochemical processes within Synergistic Reaction Technology help encapsulate fine soil particles, binding them together into larger aggregates that are less prone to becoming airborne.

Long-Term Strength Enhancement

MH44’s technology uses delayed polymerization to continuously strengthen the soil over time. As the polymer chains continue to react and form additional bonds, the soil becomes increasingly stronger.
